No Booking Queue

Normally, write-access to a booking file is user-specifically wait-blocked. If checked, an error message will immediately appear for those user sessions that are not able to get the block handle. This regards the final step in Bookings and the removal of flight bookings in Itinerary.

Javascript-sided Session ID Setting

If checked, the session ID on client side (cookie or request parameter) will be set via a separate Javascript so that the session ID is not visible within the main http/html server response stream.
